A fee is charged to the buyer and seller when a deal is reached.
Fee Structure
- Buyers
and Sellers must register so that we may provide the necessary
assistance and services.
- Buyers
and sellers are always charged equal fees.
- All
negotiations are private and anonymous.
- Buyers
can make up to three offers per day on PSLs, Suites, or Season
Tickets
- Owners
must reply to any offers for seat rights, season tickets and luxury
suites within 72 hours or the listing will be removed.
- Owners
must reply to any offer for single event tickets within 24 hours
or the listing will be removed.
- Not
all teams allow transfer of seat rights. In these situations,
Season Tickets can still be sold.
- Seats
and Suites provides instructions for collecting transfer fees
and paperwork to facilitate exchanges of PSLs, Season Tickets,
and Suites.
- It
is the ultimate responsibility of the buyer and seller to exchange
the correct funds and paperwork for all transactions.
- Seats
and Suites is not a broker, does not offer opinions on market
prices, and does not make suggestions regarding the buying and
selling of PSLs, Season or Single Event Tickets, or Suites.
