Buyer and seller each pay a $3.95 fee when a price is agreed upon. 

What if the deal doesn’t go through after I paid my fee?
Fees paid but not applied are deposited in your personal account. The balance can be viewed at any time, and unused  funds applied toward future transactions.  Alternatively, refunds can be issued on a monthly basis.
