Buyers and sellers should consider total cost of remaining game tickets and amenities when negotiating.

What about the face value of tickets?
Seats and Suites offers an opportunity to sell entire or partial season ticket packages.
As season tickets often include parking passes or other amenities, negotiations can only involve a "lump sum" purchase. We have no knowledge of the face value of tickets. Buyers and sellers interested in this information should contact the respective teams.

Is Seats and Suites a broker?
Seats and Suites is not a broker. Brokers charge higher rates for higher demand events. Seats and Suites treats all events and all sports fans equally.

What is the fee when a deal is reached?
Seats and Suites charges a $50 fee to both the buyer and seller when a deal is reached.
