Here's how the Seats and Suites Fee Structure Works:

  • All For Sale & Wanted To Buy Listings are posted free of charge. Fees are only charged when a deal is reached.
  • All Fees are split evenly between buyers and sellers.
  • Team transfer fees for seat rights (PSLs) vary by team, and are split evenly between buyer and seller.

Seats and Suites takes payment by credit card or check, using the following transaction methods:

  • Online through secure credit card or check transaction
  • By postal mail:

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for any tax consequences for transferring seat rights, season tickets, or suites.

All registered users are responsible for any state or local laws that apply to the reselling of live event tickets.

Fee Structure Upon Completion of a Deal
When a deal is completed, fees are as follows:

  • Season Ticket Sale -
    $50 each will be charged to the buyer and seller for full or partial season ticket sales.
  • Seat Rights Sale (PSLS, Charter Rights, etc.) -
    $100 each will be charged to the buyer and seller. Team transfer fees vary and will be split equally between buyer and seller.
  • Suite Sale -
    $250 each will be charged to the buyer and seller for suites with an annual lease of up to $10,000. Please contact Seats and Suites for suites greater than $10,000 per year.
  • Luxury Suite Sublet--
    $250 each will will be charged to both the buyer and seller for Single Event Luxury Suites up to $10,000. Additional fees may be incurred for catering, overnight delivery, etc. Please contact Seats and Suites for suites greater than $10,000 per single event.
  • Single Event Ticket Sale -
    $3.95 each will will be charged to both the buyer and seller per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets.
