What is Seats and Suites?
Seats and Suites is a private exchange where users can buy and sell Seat Rights, Season or Single Event Tickets or Suites to professional sporting events You can also lease luxury suites on a per event basis.

What about college sporting events?

How does it work?
Utilizing our proprietary technology, buyers and sellers negotiate privately using Offer Sheets. All offers and counter-offers take place through automatic and anonymous emails.

How much does it cost to post For Sale or Wanted To Buy Requests?
Users can register, view listings, post requests and make offers for free. There is a final value fee when a deal is reached between buyer and seller.

What does it cost when a deal is reached?
Our fee structure is as follows:

• Buy and sell PSLs: $100 each to the buyer and seller. Team transfer fees are split evenly between buyer and seller.
• Buy and sell Season Tickets: $50 each to the buyer and seller.
• Buy and Sell a Suite: 5% each of annual lease value to buyer and seller.
• Buy and Sell Single Event Tickets: $3.95 each to buyer and seller
• Lease a Suite: 5% each of final value to lessee and lesser.

How is this different from an auction or other ticket exchanges?
Unlike an auction, all negotiations are held in private, and prices cannot be artificially raised through insincere or illegitimate bidders.

Is Seats and Suites a broker?
Seats and Suites is not a broker. Our fees are based on a flat fee, based on the final value of the transaction. Brokers charge higher rates for higher demand events. Seats and Suites treats all events and all sports fans equally.
